Abstract

目的探讨突发性聋发病与天文因素和气候的关系。方法对张晓彤等人(2010)给出的西安交通大学医学院第二附属医院1980-2009年期间收治的突发性聋百分比进行了经验模式分解分析,并将分解成分和太阳黑子数进行相关分析。将该突发性聋百分比的分解成分和当地气温的分解成分进行比对、将一年中每月的突发性聋发病人数与一年中每月的温湿指数进行相关分析。结果突发性聋的周期变化成分和太阳黑子数之间存在具有统计意义的反相关关系;突发性聋存在明显的上升趋势与温度变化的上升趋势一致;突发性聋与温湿指数存在相关关系。结论太阳活动反相关地影响突发性聋的发病,推测是通过调制宇宙线活动来实现。高温度相对低温度更容易发生突发性聋病。

Other Abstract

This study aims to investigate the relations of sudden deafness with weather and astrophysical factors, respectively. Methods The empirical mode decomposition method is used to decompose both the yearly percent rate of sudden deafness patients at the second affiliated hospital of Xi’an Jiang-tong University during the years of 1980 to 2009 and the temperature series in Xi’an district at the same time interval into intrinsic mode functions (IMFs), then the trend items of the above two time series are compared with each other, and the IMF of quasi 11-year period of the first time series is utilized to do correlation analysis with yearly sunspot number. Relation of the monthly sudden deafness patients among one year and the monthly temperature-wetness index among one year is investigated through cross-correlation analysis. Results The IMF of quasi 11-year period of the first time series is correlated with yearly sunspot number at the 99% confidence level. The two trends match well with each other. And the monthly sudden deafness patients among one year is related with the monthly temperature wetness index among one year. Conclusion The increasing trend of sudden deafness is inferred to be caused by the increase of temperature, and sudden deafness takes place more easily in days of relative high temperature than in days of the relative low temperature. Occurrence of sudden deafness is found to be related with solar activity. Some Explanation has been given to issue the found relationship.
