Abstract

照度是照射在某一单位面积上的入射光总量,其大小取决于光源的发光强度,以及被照物体和光源之间的距离。适当的照度可以提高工作效率,对人产生积极的影响。介绍了一种用于信号检测的多通道照度计的设计原理和实现方法。该照度计以STM32作为微控制器,利用TSL2561芯片实现光电转换以及模数转换。通过TCA9548A芯片实现多个TSL2561与STM32连接。利用W5500以太网模块实现STM32与上位机之间的通讯。通过数据处理进一步提高测量效率,减少测量误差。实际测试结果表明:经过数据拟合进行定标后,该照度计测量误差在8%以内,可以满足在实际测量的需求,具有成本低、效率高和性能可靠等优点,可以满足工程应用中多通道光照强度快速测量的需要。 

Other Abstract

Illuminance is the total amount of incident light impinging on a unit area, and its size depends on the luminous intensity of the light source and the distance between the illuminated object and the light source. Proper illumination can improve work efficiency and have a positive impact on people. This article describes the design principle and implementation method of a multi-channel illuminometer for signal detection. The illuminometer uses STM32 as a microcontroller and uses TSL2561 chips to achieve photoelectric conversion and analog-to-digital conversion.Multiple TSL2561 and STM32 connections are implemented using the TCA9548A chip. Utilize W5500 Ethernet module to realize the communication between STM32 and upper computer. Data processing further improves measurement efficiency and reduces measurement errors. The actual test results show that after calibration by data fitting,  the measurement error of the illuminometer is within 8%, which can meet the actual measurement requirements, have the advantages of low cost, high efficiency and reliable performance, and can meet the needs of rapid measurement of multi-channel light intensity in engineering applications.
